Terms &Conditions

- Due to the inconvenient transport of goods, customers in non-mainland China regions arevised to conduct after-sales service through local distributors to obtain more efficient and reliable after-sales service quality.
- If the product is artificially lost, damaged or some minor defects, after-sales service will not be provided.
- If there are major/obvious missing parts, please make sure to mention it during the first after-sales service, otherwise the follow-up will not be accepted.
- During the six-month warranty period, the company will try its best to provide after-sales service to customers, but if the product has been launched for a period of time, it may be unable to provide after-sales service due to the lack of accessories.
- In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision of all terms and conditions.
